The Varvara House is a seven session contemplative coaching journey drawn from Kremena's forthcoming book of the same name. Each session follows one of seven rooms of inner transformation, from grounding in your roots and ancestral story, through the spark of what is alive in you, the honest reckoning with what is in the way, the opening of the heart, the expression of your creative gifts, the refining of your vision, to the threshold of genuine change.
This is not a program of techniques or strategies. It is a sustained, unhurried arc of genuine inner work, one room at a time, one honest conversation at a time.
